1. General Overview Ski Trucks is a family-owned business specializing in the sale, rental, and maintenance of ski and snowboard equipment. These Terms of Service govern all transactions and interactions with Ski Trucks, whether online or in-store.


2. Payment Policy

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase or rental.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified at checkout.

3. Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Refunds or exchanges are only available for unused items within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt.
  • All sales on used equipment, clearance items, and custom orders are final.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Rental Terms

  • Equipment rentals are subject to availability and must be returned by the agreed-upon date.
  • Late returns are subject to additional fees.
  • Rented equipment must be returned in good condition. Damage fees may apply for any excessive wear or damage.

5. Liability Waiver

  • Skiing, snowboarding, and related activities involve inherent risks. By purchasing or renting equipment from Ski Trucks, you agree to assume all risks and release Ski Trucks from any liability for injuries or damages incurred while using the equipment.

6. Order Processing Times

  • Paid orders receive priority processing and feedback within 24-48 hours.
  • Unpaid orders will be processed as time permits and may take up to 72 hours. During peak winter season, this may extend an additional 48 hours.
  • Expedited order processing is available for a $50 service fee.

7. Shipping Policy

  • Standard ground shipping is estimated to take 3-5 business days.
  • If an order is needed by a specific date, customers must notify us in writing and be willing to pay for expedited shipping.
  • Ski Trucks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Gear Fitting Form Policy

  • For virtual or online orders, customers are encouraged to complete our gear fitting form to help us select properly fitting equipment.
  • If a customer refuses or fails to fill out the form, Ski Trucks is not responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges.
  • If the form is filled out accurately and there is an error on our part (e.g., sizing/measurements match size charts), Ski Trucks will cover the return shipping for a free exchange.

9. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are made to your specifications and are non-refundable.
  • Changes to custom orders must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
