At Ski Trucks, we are committed to providing high-quality ski and snowboard equipment at the best possible prices. As a small, family-owned business, we strive to deliver excellent customer service and ensure transparency in our return and refund policies. Please review the following terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility

New Ski & Snowboard Equipment: Items purchased directly from Ski Trucks, either in-store or online, for ski and snowboard categories only are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in original packaging or condition, and in resellable condition with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase is required.

Used Equipment: Returns for used equipment are accepted within 14 days from the purchase date, provided the items are in the same condition as when purchased and have not been significantly used or damaged. Proof of purchase is required. We offer free in-season exchanges if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase.

Third-Party Vendors & Marketplace Sales: Items sold via third-party vendors do not qualify for refunds or returns. This includes select products sold on our website that are fulfilled by external vendors.

Clearance & Final Sale Items: Clearance items are sold as-is and are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

Demo Condition & Pre-Owned Gear: Demo and used gear may vary in condition. If returned in a worse condition than at the time of purchase, only a partial refund may be available, subject to management discretion.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives with damaged, missing, or incorrect item(s), you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be processed. Ski Trucks is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, wear and tear, or third-party shipping carriers.
2. Shipping & Return Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and fees associated with returning an item to the Ski Trucks warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Unless Ski Trucks is at fault (e.g., wrong item shipped), we do not cover or refund any shipping, processing, or return fees.

Taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.
3. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card, debit card, or PayPal).

In cases where a refund is granted, shipping and processing fees will be deducted from the refund total.

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process after the item is received and inspected.

If an item is returned in worse condition than when it was sold, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Ski Trucks management.
4. Gear Fitting Form & Exchanges

To ensure a proper fit, we encourage customers to complete our Gear Fitting Form before purchasing ski boots or bindings. This allows us to provide a tailored fit with a 90% accuracy rate.

If a return is requested due to improper fit and the Gear Fitting Form was not completed, the customer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Exchanges for different sizes or models are possible. If the exchange is due to an error on our end, we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
5. Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This fee helps cover processing expenses, restocking labor, and the costs associated with keeping prices competitive.
6. Liability Waiver
Skiing and snowboarding involve inherent risks, including potential injury or death. By purchasing from Ski Trucks, you acknowledge these risks and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: You accept all risks associated with using the purchased equipment.

Binding Agreement: This waiver applies to heirs, executors, and assigns in case of injury or death.

Release of Claims: You waive any legal claims against Ski Trucks LLC and associated manufacturers for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from equipment use.
