The renting party further acknowledges and accepts that skiing and snowboarding are inherently dangerous activities that carry risks of injury and property damage.

Ski Trucks is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that occur while using our rental equipment. By completing the rental agreement, the renting party agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Ski Trucks, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses—including but not limited to medical expenses, property damage, or legal fees—arising from the use of the rented equipment.

By renting from Ski Trucks, the renting party acknowledges and accepts these terms and waives the right to pursue any legal action against Ski Trucks related to accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during the rental period
